SEMARANG - The Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) asked the Semarang District Court to order the Central Java Police Chief to carry out legal proceedings against five police officers suspected of being brokers for accepting Polri officers in 2022.
"Ordered the respondent to carry out a legal process in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws on the alleged criminal act of corruption in the process of accepting candidates for members of the National Police for the 2022 period," said MAKI attorney Dwi Nurdiansyah in a pretrial application submitted at the trial at the Semarang District Court, Antara, Tuesday, April 11.
MAKI also asked the Semarang District Court to order the Central Java Police Chief to determine the five police officers involved in the case as suspects and transferred them to the public prosecutor.

Dwi said that to this day it is not known the extent of the handling of the case.
