Canadian rock band, consisting of Deryck Whibley, Dave Baksh, Jason "Cone" McCaslin, Tom Thacker, and Frank Zummo, shared news on social media on May 8 yesterday.
"Being in Sum 41 since 1996 gave us some of the best moments of our lives," the post said.
