Fireworks of My Heart tells the story of Song Yan (Yang Yang) and Xu Qin (Wang Chu Ran) who have been good friends since childhood. However, as they grew up, their families saw their friendship with the negative side.

As a result, Song Yan and Xu Qin were forced to separate and never saw each other. 10 years passed, both of them worked hard to realize their dream: Song Yan became a firefighter while Xu Qin became a doctor in the Emergency Unit (UGD) section.

Despite working in different sectors, fate still brings them together. Because of a case, Song Yan and Xu Qin met again and were required to work together. Both Song Yan and Xu Qin were happy to meet their little friends.

On the other hand, those who have grown up are starting to feel something different. Now they are considering whether they will remain friends or instead their meeting turns into something romantic?
