Yama Carlos Presents Three Witnesses To Prove The Poor Behavior Of His Wife
JAKARTA - The divorce trial for Yama Carlos and Arfita Dwi Putri was held again at the Tangerang District Court today, Thursday, August 3. The trial was held with the agenda of hearing the witness from Yama Carlos as the defendant.
The 42-year-old actor presented three witnesses, one of whom was a friend of Yama and Arfita. Aementara, two other witnesses are household assistants (ART) who have worked for the Yama family.
After leaving the courtroom, Yama Carlos was seen smiling. He looks compact out with three witnesses presented and his team of attorneys. He was satisfied with the testimony given in the trial.
Yama assessed that there was a difference between the witnesses he brought when compared to the witness from Arfita's side. Based on the notification of the legal team, Yama said that the witness's statement this time was stronger, considering that the testimony was made by presenting other evidence.
"Last week I came, but I was forced to leave, so I didn't see the witness there. But today I saw what happened at the trial from the start. Even though last week I couldn't fully participate, I asked the lawyer's team. If we present witnesses plus evidence, only from the woman's side, "said Yama Carlos at the Tangerang District Court, Thursday, August 3.
Ricci as Yama Carlos' attorney who accompanied his client in the trial said that the two ARTs presented at the trial provided information about what they saw while working at Yama and Arfita's house. They admitted that they had seen Arfita drunk until she was emotional.
