Investigating Allegations Of Mario Teguh Fraud, Polda Metro Send Skincare Samples To BPOM
Polda Metro Jaya continues to investigate cases of alleged fraud and embezzlement involving Mario Teguh and his wife, Linna Susanto. Most recently, investigators will send skincare samples that are the main problem to the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM).
"In the near future, the investigation will send skincare samples to the BPOM for an examination regarding product permits," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Whisnu Andiko in his statement, Tuesday, August 1.
Then, investigators will also summon the producer from skincare and the reported party, namely Mario Teguh and his wife, for questioning. However, regarding the time, Trunoyudo did not specify.
It was only conveyed that during the investigation process, four witnesses had been asked forengness regarding the case.
"Investigators will also clarify PT. The charm of Mahameru who produces the skincare," said Trunoyudo.
Meanwhile, Mario Teguh was reported to the Polda Metro Jaya in connection with the alleged embezzlement of funds amounting to Rp5 billion. The report relates to the brand ambassador (BA) contract for skincare products.
