Legal Counsel Says Virgoun Asks Inara Rusli And Tenri Anisa To Both Withdraw Police Reports
JAKARTA - In addition to filing for divorce, Inara Rusli also reported her husband, Virgoun, on suspicion of adultery with a woman with the initials TA at the Polda Metro Jaya in May.
In the follow-up of the divorce trial at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA), Arjana Bagaskara as Inara Rusli's attorney said he was told by his client that Virgoun was offering an offer.
For what he heard from his client, Arjana also tried to confirm the truth of the offer to Wijayono Hadisukrisno alias Kris as Virgoun's attorney in court.
Today's trial went very well, smoothly. Earlier, in the trial I received the duplicate lawyer Mr. Virgoun. Then I also conveyed what I wanted to ask. Because yesterday I was contacted by Mrs. Inara and there was an offer from Mr. Virgoun personally," said Arjana Bagaskara when met at the West Jakarta PA on Wednesday, July 12.
"I asked at the trial, who knows Mr. Virgoun as principal, there were two lawyers there, whether they knew this information. That's why I asked at the trial," he continued.
Arjana said that Virgoun asked Inara to withdraw the report he made at the Polda Metro Jaya. Not only that, he also said that Virgoun asked Tenri Anisa for the same thing.
"From there, what I want to confirm is whether Mr. Virgoun asked Mrs. Inara to withdraw her sentence. Likewise, Mr. Virgoun asked the initials TA to revoke (the report)," said Arjana.
Inara Rusli's attorney saw what Virgoun asked for, if true, would affect the divorce suit filed by his client. He also wanted the West Jakarta PA panel of judges to know about this.
"Why do I ask, because Mrs. Inara is concerned about child custody. Child custody is important in divorce cases," said Arjana.

"I am not a criminal attorney. But because this is related, I feel the need to ask this at trial, so that it is also recorded in the trial report if I have ever asked about it," he continued.
However, Arjana said that Virgoun's attorney did not know the intention of Last Child's vocalist. He is still trying to find out more about Virgoun's offer to Inara.
"I also don't know if Mr. Virgoun conveyed this to my client personally without telling his lawyer, because during the trial he said he didn't know. Or what kind?" concluded Arjana Bagaskara, Inara Rusli's attorney.
