AGMS Holds, Diamondland Optimistic To Look At Performance 2023
JAKARTA - PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk (Diamondland) held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Tuesday 27 June.
This AGMS is the determination of the results of the report for the 2022 financial year. The business performance of PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk during the first quarter of 2023 was fairly positive.
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the financial year ending December 31, 2022, it was stated that Diamondland's operating income managed to record a profit of IDR 1.21 billion.
Meanwhile, in the first quarter of 2023, despite experiencing a decline in profit, the asset of the property issuer with the initials DADA has reached Rp80.91 billion.
"In the midst of this issue of the global economic recession, we remain focused on resolving property projects that are still running with a relentless commitment to deliver to our consumers," said Director of Diamond Citra Propertindo, Bayu Setiwan in a statement, quoted Monday, July 3.
Bayu added, in connection with consumer commitments, as a developer, the company continues to coordinate intensively with related parties including counters, suppliers and banks in project development.
Meanwhile, Diamondland President Director Adam Bilfaqih said the company focused on the market and carried out many innovations and the right strategies so that the company could continue to survive and grow.
During the pandemic three years ago, Diamondland's performance was certainly very affected. But we are still able to survive and improve performance with strategic steps to realize the company's vision," said Adam.
Adam explained several strategic steps taken, including by targeting market segmentation from the middle class.

In addition, the company takes on a role as an innovator of a project concept that is different from the more affordable price. So that it can be more accepted by the community because it adjusts to market needs.
According to him, the company also remains consistent and committed to completing its project activities, as well as exploring market opportunities through a cooperation scheme with third parties.
"Diamond remains optimistic about looking at the property business in 2023 and will again implement various strategic steps to realize the company's targets," concluded Adam.
