KPK Leader Ready If Summoned By Polda Metro Jaya For Alleged Leaks Of Investigation Documents
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nurul Ghufron ensured that he and other leaders were ready to be summoned by the Polda Metro Jaya regarding the alleged leak of investigation documents. Every legal process will be carried out. "If there is a legal process, of course as part of a citizen who must obey the law," Ghufron told reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, June 21. He and his colleagues will definitely follow the law enforcement rules, including the matter of summoning if the information is needed. However, Ghufron did not want to make further assumptions about the case. "We will carry out in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations alone," said Ghufron. Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto stated that he had found a criminal investigation behind the investigation into the alleged leak of investigation documents at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
