Disrespectful Fired, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Becomes A Suspect In The Spread Of Persecution
The North Sumatra Police (North Sumatra) named AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan as a suspect for allegedly allowing his son AH to abuse Ken Admiral.
"Today he was also named a suspect against the person concerned (AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan) as a suspect," said North Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak in Medan as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 2.
Kapolda said AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan had neglected his son, suspect Aditya Hasibuan, in carrying out the persecution, even though he was at the scene.
In this case, said the Kapolda, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan was charged with Article 304 in conjunction with Article 55, Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
"Because of the existence (AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan) at the time of the incident, whether it was participating in doing or not or allowing people who should have been helped at that time," continued the Kapolda.

Previously, the North Sumatra Police also decided to fire AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan through the Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) mechanism because he was proven to have violated the Police code of ethics regarding the behavior that allowed suspect AH to abuse Ken Admiral.
"He should be able to resolve and be able to intervene in this incident. But from the facts in the examination of the code of ethics trial, he only saw that what he should have done and what should have been done," said the Kapolda.
Based on this consideration, the Kapolda said the North Sumatra Police Propam decided that AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan's behavior was entangled in the articles imposed and applied to Articles 5, 8, 12 and 13 of Perpol No. 7 of 2022.
"Sanctions violate personality ethics, institutional ethics and social affairs. The three ethics were violated so that the code of ethics commission board decided to AH's brother to apply Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH)," said the Kapolda.
