JAKARTA - A man from Rawasari, Central Jakarta, was beaten by residents when he was caught carrying an Avanza car, on Thursday morning, March 21, at around 02.00 WIB on Jalan Haji Ten, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. "He fled and turned left towards the highway, instead hit a motorbike that was parked. He got out of the car and wanted to run away but was caught by the residents who were chasing him," he said.
