Ministry Of ATR Restores Land Owned By Artist Nirina Zubir

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) returned the land belonging to artist Nirina Zubir, which was controlled by the land mafia.

"On orders from the Minister, I was assigned to demolish the land mafia. Today we are grateful that the land belonging to Mba Niri (Nirina) has returned to the hands of its owner," said Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Raja Juli Antoni in Jakarta, Wednesday. The king said that the land mafia was a concern mandated by President Jokowi to the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Furthermore, the Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN said he would immediately hold a coordination meeting to conduct an evaluation as well as prepare the next steps so that all land parcels belonging to Nirina could return immediately.

"After this I will immediately hold a coordination meeting. We are committed, all land of Mba Nirina will return entirely," he said.

The king is also committed that his party will not be careless and the completion of the Nirina land mafia case will be a starting point to continue to make improvements within the ministry.

The case of Nirina's land, which has been going on since 2019, finally got a bright spot. Nirina's land certificate has returned to her.

Nirina, who was accompanied by her family, directly received a land certificate from the Deputy Minister of Raja at the Regional Office of BPN DKI Jakarta.

Nirina revealed that her return certificate is proof that the government is seriously fighting the land mafia.

He considered himself an example of the government's seriousness in eradicating the land mafia.

"I became one of the evidences that the government's eradication of the land mafia was running," he said.

Nirina added that she also did not expect that her struggle would bear sweet fruit.

He admitted that he was no longer worried about his land certificate because the Ministry of ATR/BPN helped resolve the problem.

"Now there are gentlemen beside Nirina, so you know what to do and where to go, now the certificate is in my hands," he said.
