The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Police investigator team handed over the suspect who was on the wanted list (DPO) Anthony Nitti Susanto in the case of hoarding fuel oil (BBM) in Sabu Raijua to the NTT High Prosecutor's Office.

"It has been transferred to the Prosecutor's Office for the second phase of the process," said Head of Public Relations of the NTT Police Kombes Ariasandy in Kupang as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 16.

According to him, the suspect surrendered on Wednesday (14/6) after the investigative team published a wanted list (DPO).

He explained that previously the investigative team had stated that the case files of the suspect were complete or P21. After P21, the suspect was then summoned for the second phase of delegation.

"However, the suspect did not fulfill the summons," he said.

Investigators again sent a second summons, but the suspect was still not present.

Until a warrant was issued to bring the suspect forcibly to the NTT Police Headquarters to be transferred to the prosecutor's office.
