Mother In Samarinda Who Trains Children Driving Cars Until Viral Sanctions From Police

JAKARTA - Head of the Samarinda Police Traffic Unit, Kompol Creatoro Sonitehe Gulo, said that his party sanctioned the owner of the Driving Job Training Institute (LPK) who uploaded a video of a minor driving a car. The mother's action with the initials HUS (37) had gone viral on social media. "We have sanctioned HUS' mother (37) as the owner of a driving LPK who uploaded a video of driving a minor whose child is none other than her own child," said Gulo at the Samarinda Police, East Kalimantan, quoted from Antara, Thursday, April 27. He said the sanctions given were in the form of fines for the car units used and a warning letter to the driving LPK led by HUS. With a note that if HUS repeats his actions, he said, it will be brought to the criminal realm because it has violated the teaching of driving to minors. "The beginning of the chronology that the video was uploaded on April 23, 2023. Then it went viral on social media and received responses and comments from the people of Samarinda," said Gulo. He said HUS received negative comments from netizens that the action carried out by the boy allegedly carried out on Jalan Gajah Mada Samarinda was a dangerous act for drivers and users of other roads. HUS was then summoned to the Samarinda Police on Wednesday for further action so that the person concerned was sanctioned. To account for his actions, he said, HUS was subject to Article 281 Junto Article 77 paragraph 1 of the Traffic Law with the imposition of fines. Additional sanctions institutionally, LPK owned received a warning letter (SP).

"I remind the public not to ever allow or teach minors to drive cars or drive because it will be dangerous and prone to accidents," said Gulo.
