DKI Prosecutor's Office Says There Are Dozens Of Witnesses For Mario Dandy And Shane Lukas Trials
JAKARTA The suspects in the case of severe abuse of Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas will soon be tried. The DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) stated that the case files for the two suspects were complete or P21.
Assistant for General Crimes (Aspidum) of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Danang Suryo Wibowo, said there were 17 witnesses who would be presented to the suspect Mario Dandy.
"Meanwhile, 16 people are Shane," Danang told reporters at the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, South Jakarta, Wednesday, May 24.
Danang also said that apart from the witness incident, his party also included a number of expert witnesses at the trial of the severe abuse case against David Ozora.
It is planned that his party will include five expert witnesses in each of the suspects in the case of severe abuse against David Ozora.
"And the number of experts is 5 people and the same for Shane is also 5 people," he said.

Meanwhile, suspect Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
