JAKARTA Several Pixel 8 Pro users have complained about the bulge on their screen. These bumps arise from the inside, but no serious problems arise from the bulge.

In a 9to5google report, a small speckle-like bump was seen when the screen was turned off. Someone tried to dismantle their device and found that this bulge appeared from the inside.

Apparently, this bulge arises because of the small screw used to maintain the position of the component. The reason is, the position of the small screw is exactly the same as the bulge on the OLEDs smartphone panel.

Google's spokesman has confirmed the issue to the 9to5google. He said some users may have seen the bulge from the device's components, but there was no serious impact from the matter.

When the screen is turned off, unused, and under certain lighting conditions, some users may see the impression of the components on the device looking like a small bump. There is no functional impact on Pixel 8's performance or durability, the spokesperson said.

In line with Google's statement, there is no problem arising from the bulge. Pixel 8 Pro users can still use their cellphones well. The touch functionality and image quality are not disturbed.

Some users may complain about this problem because they are afraid that the curves or bulges will get worse and damage the screen display. However, no such problems have been reported to date.
