Take A Peek At The Huawei Mate 60 Pro Specifications That Are Much Compared To The iPhone 15 Pro Max

JAKARTA - Since Apple announced the release of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, various parties have started comparing the specifications of the latest iPhone series with the Huawei Mate 60 Pro.

Huawei  had predicted that the iPhone would lose the market after they released the P60 series. Apple's product, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, was only officially released on September 12, while the Huawei Mate 60 Pro was released a month earlier, August 29 to be precise.

Apple made the iPhone 15 Pro Max weighing 221 grams. This weight is  a few grams lighter when compared to the Huawei Mate 60 Pro, which weighs 225 grams. While the iPhone 15 Pro Max body already uses titanium, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro actually uses aluminum.

For battery life, the iPhone 15 Pro Max has a 4852 mAh battery with a Li-ion Battery (LIB) and the Huawei Mate 60 Pro has a battery that reaches 5000 mAh with a Li-Po Battery.

On the screen, the iPhone 15 Pro Max uses Super Retina XDR with an OLED screen, applies a capacitive touchscreen system with 16M display colors, and uses Ceramic Shield Glass screen protection.

The iPhone Pro Max screen  measures 6.7 inches with a 19:5:9 (height:weight) screen format. The resolution presented is also quite high, namely 1290 x 2796 pixels. Not only that, the iPhone 15 series already uses Dolby Vision.

Even though the Huawei Mate 60 Pro has the same screen format, this phone is larger at 6.8 inches. The screen uses LTPO OLED with 1B display color. The touchscreen system used is the same as the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Using Huawei Kunlun Glass 2, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro has a slightly lower screen resolution than the iPhone, namely 1212 x 2616 pixels without Dolby Vision.

Both cameras also have differences. The iPhone 15 Pro Max uses a 48 MP rear camera, while the Huawei Mate 60 Pro uses a 50 MP rear camera. The iPhone has a 12 MP front camera and the Huawei 13 MP.

The system used by Huawei is HarmonyOS 4.0 from China, while the iPhone uses the iOS 17 system. The iPhone uses the Apple A17 Pro chipset and Hexa-core CPU, while Huawei uses the Kirin 9000 chipset and Octa-core CPU.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max does not have external memory, unlike the Huawei Mate 60 Pro which provides Nano Memory (NM) up to 256GB. The internals provided by both phones are similar, namely 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
