RevComm launched the ChatGPT feature on the artificial intelligence (AI)-based smartphone system, MiitTel, which allows users to get a summary of phone conversations automatically with ChatGPT.

The summary of automatic conversations through the ChatGPT feature in MiitTel includes conversation agendas, important points discussed, to follow-up plans agreed based on the contents of telephone conversations.

Based on the company's statement, the ChatGPT feature is able to summarize telephone conversations that last more than 5 minutes, with customer privacy and data maintained.

"RevComm has guaranteed that this feature will not be used for ChatGPT system training and ensuring customer data security," the company wrote in an official statement received on Monday, July 31 in Jakarta.

Furthermore, the launch of the ChatGPT feature is also a sustainable effort by RevComm to present innovative solutions that suit customer needs.

On the other hand, RevComm added, to date, its AI-based smartphones have been used by more than 50,000 users from more than 2,000 companies in Japan, the United States, and Indonesia.
