Latest Leaks, Apple Will Launch iPhone 15 with Unique Color and Bigger Battery

JAKARTA - Apple's newest mobile phone, the iPhone 15, will indeed be launched in about two months. However, rumors about this flagship smartphone have been circulating a lot.

The latest leaks indicate that the two new iPhone variants, namely the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, will come in 'unique' colors.

Along with MacRumors, a well-known impersonator named Unknownz21, posted photos of this new color variant which he describes as 'dark blue with shades of gray'.

Although previous rumors indicated that Apple might launch a red version of the iPhone 15, the impersonators claim that this is unlikely. Unknownz21 shared four photos of the new color variant on Twitter, captioned 'beautiful in blue'.

According to MacRumors, the blue color variant will be available in a new titanium material, and will have a brushed finish that is different from the stainless steel Apple used before.

Although Apple has previously launched iPhones in blue, MacRumors states that the blue finish on the iPhone 15 will be darker and more gray to "better match the titanium finish".

In addition to this new blue color variant, the copycat also claims that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available in silver, space gray/space black, and titanium grey.

Previous rumors shared by 9to5Mac mentioned that Apple is planning to launch a red color variant on the iPhone 15 Pro.

However, MacRumors says this is unlikely. They stated, "We've seen some rumors regarding a deep red color on the ‌iPhone 15 Pro‌ models, however, Unknownz21 has seen no signs that this color is currently in development."

"However, blue has been used in the iPhone 15 Pro prototype, indicating that it may be the final color Apple is developing."

Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 itself is expected to be available in at least three vibrant colors - pink, blue, and green, according to the copycat.

In addition to these new colors, rumors indicate that Apple may also be planning major changes to the iPhone 15.

A Foxconn worker who allegedly provided the leak, the company that manufactures most of Apple's iPhones, said that the iPhone 15 family will be equipped with larger batteries.

The iPhone 15 will have an 18 percent larger battery, the iPhone 15 Plus, and iPhone 15 Pro will have a 14 percent larger battery, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a 12 percent larger battery.

This means that the battery capacity on the iPhone 15 can reach 3877mAh, iPhone 15 Plus 4912mAh, iPhone 15 Pro 3650mAh, and iPhone 15 Pro Max can reach 4852mAh.

Meanwhile, the dummy unit suggests that the new smartphone may have a titanium design and a USB-C charging port.

Apple has never revealed details about the upcoming iPhone before the official launch event, which is expected to take place in September.
