RevComm, a Japanese technology company, has announced its collaboration with the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) to support the progress of contact centers in Indonesia, after successfully becoming one of the main sponsors at The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) 2023.
