JAKARTA - Google is now extending its Bard Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot to users with Workspace accounts, previously only available to people with personal Google accounts.

"Google Workspace admins can now enable Bard for their domains, so users can access Bard using their Workspace account," Google said in its official announcement, quoted Saturday, May 6.

With this change, users can now use Bard to help with work, research, or other business needs.

However, this can only be done when the Workspace admin has enabled Bard for their domain. Then, users can log into their accounts.

"Now you can use Bard to help with your work, research, or other business needs, when signed in to an administrator-enabled Google Workspace account," Google said.

Google explains that Bard settings for managed accounts will be rolled out in the near future. With this update, Bard can be used by more users.

And, of course, Bards can be useful to assist in more professional business and corporate tasks. It is known, not long ago that Google also added new capabilities for Bard, where the chatbot now writes code in 20 languages.
