JAKARTA - Snap again has a way to attract new users to the Snapchat+ subscription application. The company presents three new features, one of which is interesting is Stories Expiration or a feature to set the expiration of Stories.

Other features are also bringing Snap, including custom notification sounds, camera limits, and more. With Stories Expiration, users can choose to let their Stories expire for 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, or 1 week.

This feature can help users better control how long they want certain content to be visible, which can also be useful for community leaders and content creators on the service.

As of now, all Stories expire after 24 hours and must be saved or they will be lost for good.

Apart from Stories Expiration, users can also set custom notification sounds for friends with different tones, so they can know who took their picture.

Six new sounds have been added, including Alien Amulet, Bottle Pop, Fairy Glass, Log Goblin, Melody Beach and Mini Drop.

Launching TechCrunch, Friday, October 21, lastly it features a new custom camera color border, where users can choose an accent color to surround the camera when taking photos.

The colors presented are Snapchat Yellow, Lime Green, Aqua Blue, Crayon Blue, Vivid Purple, Shocking Pink, Candy Red and Fire Orange.

To welcome Halloween, the company is also giving Snapchat+ subscribers three new exclusive Bitmoji Halloween backgrounds.

New Bitmoji backgrounds include haunted forest, black and white backgrounds, and haunted house. This follows another Halloween-themed launch of a new AR experience that lets users try on and buy Halloween costumes virtually.
