JAKARTA - Ubisoft announced that they will delay the release of the game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora which was supposed to be done this year.
This news was delivered directly by Ubisoft through its Q1 earnings report, which said that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora might be released in 2023 - 2024.
"Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will now be released in 2023-2024. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge immersive experiences that take full advantage of next-generation technology," he said.
The decision to postpone the game was not without reason, but rather because Ubisoft felt that Avatar would be a tremendous global brand opportunity for Ubisoft.
The company first announced work on Avatar back in 2017, and in 2021, Ubisoft released its first trailer.
