Focus On Crypto Education, Revolut Launches Learn And Earn After Collaborating With Polkadot (DOT)

JAKARTA – A British fintech company that provides financial services, Revolut, is joining a number of companies that aim to integrate cryptocurrency education by presenting a new initiative called “Learn and Earn”.

It is an initiative to reward crypto users for learning key topics in the blockchain industry. Based on a statement published on Cryptopotato, Revolut, a company worth 33 billion US dollars, stated that the Learn and Earn feature will be available to all customers.

Users have the opportunity to earn cryptocurrencies of up to 15 US dollars for completing certain courses and courses. In addition, Neobank UK also reports that it is launching a new feature as a result of a partnership with the Web3 Foundation, the developer of the Polkadot multichain network.

Later, students will receive rewards in the form of Polkadot's original crypto, DOT. Recently, Revolut announced that it has only two short courses. The first discusses the basic concepts of crypto and blockchain technology. Then the second focuses on learning about Polkadot in order to “unify blockchain into Web3.”

To support blockchain education, Revolut stated that the company will continue to expand its Learn and Earn program, and add more courses to help advance crypto education and financial literacy.

“There is a great desire from our customers to learn more about cryptocurrencies. Learn & Earn' will help them better understand the trends, risks, and potential opportunities associated with crypto. Our collaboration with the Web3 Foundation on Polkadot, one of the most popular blockchain networks, will help customers become more familiar with the concept of crypto,” said Emil Urmashin, General Manager of Crypto at Revolut.

According to reports, this is not Revolut's first step into the cryptocurrency world. The company started in 2017, at which time the company started listing a number of cryptocurrencies for trading such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).

A year later, Revolut added a number of other cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Ripple (XRP). Revolut continues to add to the list of crypto currency trades on its platform, so far more than 20 crypto tokens are traded on the platform.
