JAKARTA - PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI), the official distributor of trucks and Mercedes-Benz buses in Indonesia, celebrates his 6th birthday with a strong commitment to strengthening services and supporting the growth of the commercial vehicle industry.

This aims to provide optimal operational and full-sale services to customers spread across 5 main islands in Indonesia.

As a progressive step, DCVI also launched Daimler Truck Connect Indonesia (DTCI) in 2022. DTCI functions as the official truck and Bus call center service center for Mercedes-Benz, providing a major communication channel for dealing with complaints, questions, and customer needs.
