No For The Love Of God, Steve Vai Only Performs Songs From New Albums During Concerts In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Steve Vai will hold a concert titled Inviolate Tour 2023 at Basketball Hall Senayan, Central Jakarta on October 26.

In his concert this time, Lemmon Music as a promoter stated that Steve Vai would only perform songs from the album Inviolate which was released in 2022.

"For the songs, he will bring this new album, his old song is not performed," said Lemmy Ibrahim as the promoter's representative, at a press conference in Kemang, South Jakarta on Wednesday, September 13.

Lemmy Ibrahim also confirmed that there would be no collaboration performances. Steve Vai will perform with the team he is taking on this tour, namely Dante Joseph Frisiello, Jeremy Patrick Colson and Philip Earl Bynoe.

"If the collaboration seems not, he doesn't want to collaborate with the local band," said Lemmy.

The promoter also talked about riders Steve Vai. One of the most difficult things is how to keep Ibanez Hydra, the triple neck guitar that will be played later.

"The riders are already, God willing, it's safe. It's just a matter of how to keep the three guitars, he just has to be really guarded. If the other riders, God willing, it's safe," said Lemmy.
