TikTok Music Allows Interaction Between Musicians And Fans

JAKARTA - TikTok officially launched TikTok Music, which is a new music streaming service. This application was launched in Indonesia on Tuesday, September 12.

Not only streaming services, TikTok Music also provides social services that bridge between musicians and their fans.

"TikTok Music is more than just a music streaming service but a unique digital entertainment model that develops in collaboration, connectivity, and creativity," saidUS Dizon as TikTok Music SEA Country Group Head at a press conference in Sudirman, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, September 12.

Music lovers will be able to improve their music listening experience to the next level. Not only finding music, but also choosing a catalog of thousands of available labels and musicians.

Through this application, you can also listen, share, and download various music found on TikTok. Other features such as sharing and comment are also presented.

With this feature, users can easily share songs and playlists with friends, express their opinion on songs, and connect with the music community.

"User likes to interact with artists, same as fellow fans too. That's what makes us different from other platforms," said Matthew Tanaya, always Artist Promotions Lead TikTok Music SEA.

In this case, Matthew said that the new TikTok Music service is available in Indonesia and Brazil, where Indonesia is the first country to get this service.

"Why Indonesia? Because we see that in Indonesia there are so many potential artists, there are so many young talents found in Indonesia. So it makes sense that we release it in Indonesia first," explained Matthew.

Jevin Julian, one of the singers, songwriters and talented Indonesian music producers, welcomed the service presented.

"I think it's like a one-stop system, this is one of the things I've been waiting for. From a young age I liked music, played music, until finally there was social media which was basically music," concluded Jevin Julian.
