Tilly Birds Calls Congestion And Culinary In Indonesia Almost The Same As Thailand

JAKARTA - For the first time visiting Jakarta, the band Tilly Birds feels that there are many similarities between Indonesia and its home country Thailand from traffic jams to various culinary delights.

"The traffic jam is very, very similar to in Thailand. But besides that when you sit in the car and look outside, the streets, bridges, everything is almost as similar as in Thailand. It's great," said guitarist Billy as quoted by Antara, Monday.

On the other hand, vocalist Third replied that the appearance of the Indonesian people is also not much different from that of the Thai people. Even Third said that when he arrived in Indonesia, one of the teams from Tilly Birds was suspected of being Indonesian.

"Our appearance is also almost similar. Maybe because we both come from Asia. Even one of our teams was suspected of being Indonesian. He was spoken to in Indonesian and he was surprised 'No, I'm not (Indonesian)," said Third.

Not only that, the various culinary delights they hold in Indonesia are not much different from dishes in Thailand. Milo the drummer also acknowledged the deliciousness of foods in Indonesia.

"The food is also almost similar. Like cari, soup food, here there is also tommas. Everything is very delicious," said Milo.

Last night, this band from Bangkok, Thailand, successfully held its inaugural concert at MBloc Live House, South Jakarta. Promoted by Lumina Entertainment, the concert titled "Tily Birds Live in Jakarta" starts at 19.00 to 21.10 WIB.

In his concert, Tilly Birds also performed several of his hits such as "Same Page", "Until Then" and "Just Being Friendly".
