Accepting Yovie Widianto's Challenges, Ziva Creates A Song With 4 Words And 3 Nadas

JAKARTA - Young singer Ziva Magnolya answered the challenge made by composer Yovie Widianto to make a song suddenly with a snippet of words given by the audience at the concert "Yovie Widianto: Billion Songs Confest" at the Jakarta Convention Center, Wednesday.

"I've made challenges for spontaneous songs at concerts several times. This time I want to challenge Ziva to make a song," Yovie told the singer, quoted by Antara.

A few moments later Kahitna vocalist Hedi Yunus and Mario Ginanjar appeared on stage to help Luna Maya in choosing the words that the audience felt the strangest.

"The first word homecoming? Don't go too far. Which side is Anya Geraldine, right? What do you want to say, Anya?" Hedi Yunus said looking for this celebrity figure among the sitting audience.

"Hah? Meat shop? No, don't you think," joked Mario from the stage responding to one of the audience's jokes.

The search process lasted quickly until finally bringing up four words, namely "perah, tidur, thirst, and rain" as a piece of words that must be assembled into a song by Ziva Magnolya with three basic notes of noodles, sol, and la.

Accompanied by Yovie Widianto and Arsy Widianto, Ziva then got off the stage to go to a room that was behind the stage. During the break, singer Yura Yunita appeared entertaining performing the song "About My Friend" followed by soloist Tiara Andini singing the song "Poor".

For about 25 minutes making a song arrangement and developing a snippet of the word into a song, Ziva Magnolya and Yovie Widianto reappeared and immediately played theverse and chorus of the spontaneous song.

"My sleep was not good today, I didn't expect any other dreams. The pain, I feel... thirst for your love... The rain no longer erases this longing. The rain can't erase your presence. If I don't accompany you, let me keep these memories forever," Ziva chanted immediately to the applause of the audience that night.
