No Mediation, Police Immediately Hold A Case Of Baim Wong Making Content Prank Domestic Violence

JAKARTA - The case of domestic violence prank content carried out by Baim Wong and Paula Verhoven is still rolling at the South Jakarta Metro Police. Recently, the complainant's attorney, Prabowo Febryanto, revealed that this case would soon be held by the police.

So far, Prabowo Febryanto explained that there have been no obstacles during the investigation process, therefore the police will finally conduct a case title for cases that have been reported since October 6, 2022.

"On November 13, we just got the latest SP2HP from the South Jakarta Police, namely the case against the reported Baim Wong and or Paula, a case will be held to determine the legal certainty of the determination of the suspect," said Prabowo Febryanto, recently.

Furthermore, on another occasion, Prabowo Febryanto said that if the domestic violence prank case carried out by Baim and Paula could be completed by the end of November, it could be known whether the couple was declared a suspect or not.

"I can conclude, meaning that this month it will be finished, yes, at the beginning of the month it can be released by the South Jakarta Police, reported (Baim and Paula) as suspects or not," he said.

Even though it has been a year since, Prabowo Febryanto said that the reporting party is still reluctant to continue its report because it does not see any goodwill from Baim Wong, such as mediation.

"For our reports that are still continuing, there is no SP3 yet. Even our mediation has not officially existed. It has never been (mediated). Only between me and the reporter have met at his office in Kebayoran Lama," he explained.
