Decided By Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears Doesn't Talk About Months

JAKARTA - Britney Spears chose not to speak for months after ending her relationship with Justin Timberlake. Through her latest memoir, The Woman in Me, Spears shared the chronology of her relationship with Timberlake.

The two were dating from 1999 and ended in the early 2002s. Timberlake is said to have ended the relationship through a text message that made Britney Spears hurt.

When Justin started making his first solo album, Justified (2002) he started getting away from me. I think it's because he chose to use me as his ammunition recording and it made him awkward near me," wrote Britney Spears in her memoir quoting NME.

She ended our relationship with the text when I filmed Darkchild's Overprotected remix music video. After seeing the message, I had to go back to dancing, "he continued.

Feeling surprised, Britney Spears felt sad that she had difficulty speaking for several months. She was weak and couldn't speak when people asked about Justin Timberlake.

When I say I'm weak, it means I can't talk for months. When people ask me about him, I can only cry. I don't know if I'm surprised but it feels like that," said Britney Spears.

It felt like he couldn't breathe after everything happened. Even when I saw him, he came to me and I couldn't talk - to him or anyone else," he said.

Previously, Britney Spears revealed that she had an abortion while still dating Justin Timberlake. The N'SYNC member admitted that he did not want to be a father so he chose to have an abortion.

"But this all happened earlier than what I was looking forward to," said Britney Spears.

Britney also said that Justin Timberlake did not feel happy with the news of the pregnancy. The two who are currently pursuing a career together feel they are too young to start a family.

"But Justin is certainly not very happy about the news of his pregnancy. He said we weren't ready to have a baby in our lives, we were too young," Britney said of Justin's response.
