JAKARTA - Anime One Piece celebrates its 25th year of broadcast this year. One Piece launched a special advertisement for fans featuring Japanese actors, one of Mackenyu who played the role of Roronoa Zoro.

The ad started with Mackenyu talking to a friend while reading the comic One Piece.

"Sorry I didn't pay attention. I'm reading manga, One Piece's newest volume! Of course I have all the collections," said Mackenyu.

Mackenyu also said the iconic dialogue of Zoro's character was 'Nana imo wakatta' and 'Teacher teacher!'

Apart from Mackenyu, this advertisement also stars Akio Otsuka, Sota Fukushi, and other artists. It is known, this special advertisement is a collaboration between five companies related to One Piece.

The five companies are Shueisha, Toei Animation, Bandai Namco, Toei Company, and Bandai.

Mackenyu's presence was highlighted because she was one of the cast in the live-action One Piece series which aired on Netflix. She plays the role of Roronoa Zoro, one of the members of the Straw Hat led by Luffy.

On the other hand, Netflix announced that the live action version of the One Piece series will continue into the second season. Eiichiro Oda as the creator of this series shared the good news through a special video with Den Den Mushi.

Without showing his face, Eiichiro Oda expressed his gratitude for the lively welcome from the audience and fans of the One Piece series.

"To the Great Fleet of Dry Hats, what do you think about ONE PIECE live action season 1? I spend a lot of time working on it with Netflix and Tomorrow Studios," said Eiichiro Oda.

"It seems that audiences around the world are enjoying it, which means the hard work of the production team is becoming very commensurate," he said again.
