The Chinese drama Never Too Late tells the story of Jiang Tian (Wang Zi Wen) who leaves the house to work as an interior designer in Beijing. One day, he was transferred to a branch near his hometown, namely in the Suzhou area where he met a 60-year-old colleague named Wu Jing Fang (Deng Jie).

Under the influence of Wu Jing Fang, Jiang Tian felt she had found something new at her home. He also began to learn to find his side even though his best friend was a 60-year-old.

Over time, Jiang Tian and Wu Jing Fang began to help each other and try to organize their careers in the future.
