Cancer Spreads, Vidi Aldiano Starts Undergoing Intensive Care

JAKARTA - Vidi Aldiano shared the latest news about his health condition on Instagram. He said the cancer in his body had spread to several other body parts.

This makes Vidi required to undergo treatment every three weeks. Through his latest post, he admitted that he was initially reluctant to share anything like this.

"Another "spa day" for me. Sorry but it's okay to be another long post. It's been a third year where I'm a 'Cancer-warrior'. It's rare to actually want to update things like this, but today I just feel like sharing," he wrote via social media.

The spa-day in question is a promise to meet a doctor to control his body condition. He does this every three weeks.

"Perhaps many do not know that last year, God's deposit in the form of cancer has spread to several points, so it requires me to finally have a spa appointment this day every 3 weeks. Over time, I learned to make peace with my condition and be grateful for whatever God has given me through these years," he continued.

Sheila Dara's husband uploaded a photo when he was undergoing treatment accompanied by his mother. Vidi seemed to smile while the mother hugged her child tightly.

Vidi Aldiano also emphasized that he strives to live and work. Especially when he is preparing for the release of his latest musical work while announcing the change of his stage name.

"As long as I am still given the strength to fight this disease, I can't be cupu. I must continue to be able to live my life, and the bonus, hopefully, I can continue to work to be able to give a smile to all of you," said Vidi again.

Vidi's upload received support from friends and netizens. They also prayed for Vidi Aldiano to complete the treatment process.

Vidi Aldiano developed kidney cancer in 2019 and treated in Singapore at the time.
