In 2022, BTS ended the celebration of BTS Festa by holding a live broadcast. They explained the decision to take a break from group activities to fans. At that time they also revealed the reasons for not creating more content than before.
"I've said this to other members but I think we need to spend some separate time learning how to get together. I think it's an important time so I hope you don't see it negatively," J-Hope said in a live broadcast.
Although some members are currently serving in the military, BTS Festa will still be held this year. Two members of BTS, Jin and J-Hope carry out their duties which are the beginning of individual members' activities.
BTS has also conveyed their plans to focus on solo activities in 2023. Several other members such as RM and Jimin started promotions by releasing their first solo album.
Suga is also busy with solo world tours in various countries including Jakarta last week.
Since this schedule was released, ARMYs have voiced their enthusiasm by writing a BTS Festa tweet. This event immediately occupied a trending topic throughout the day.
