Damri Re-implements Jayapura- Sentani Airport Route, The Tariff Is IDR 60,000

JAKARTA Damri has reopened the Jayapura- Sentani Airport route via the Jayapura-Mall Jayapura-Entrop Terminal to go home (PP). The land transportation rate is priced at IDR 60,000 for one road.

Plt. Damri's Corporate Secretary, Listna Nurul Hikmah said the reopening of this route was because Damri wanted to offer convenience for users of land transportation services who wanted to visit Jayapura.

Furthermore, Lishna also said this step was to make it easier for business people to visit one of the cities of trade centers and industry in the easternmost region in Indonesia.

"DAMRI activates the integrated Jayapura Sentani Airport route so that people who just got off the plane can continue their journey by bus," he said in Jakarta, Monday, July 10.

Listna said that the reopening of this route was the result of DAMRI's collaboration with PT Angkasa Pura to serve the community.

"The route which has a distance of about 36 KM and a travel time of about 1 hour is effective starting June 1, 2023 with a tariff of Rp. 60,000," he said.

Lishna said this step is a form of DAMRI's support in encouraging regional economic growth through the transportation sector as the driving force.

"This service provides accessibility options to Jayapura, known as Kota Seribu Pinang, to make it easier and faster," he said.

The Jayapura route is Sentani Airport, a departure point from the DAMRI Jayapura Pool. Operational hours start at 04.30, 05.30, 06.30, 07.30, 08.30, 09.30, and 10.30 WIT.
