PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which approved the distribution of dividends with a total of IDR 162.80 billion or IDR 33 per share.
"This value is up about 50 percent from the amount of dividends distributed in 2021 of IDR 22 per share," said IMPC Director Phillip Tjipto in Jakarta, Thursday, June 9.

The IMPC AGMS was continued with an Extraordinary GMS where shareholders approved the distribution of bonus shares from agio shares as of December 31, 2022, to shareholders.
Each holder of 1 old stock will get 10 new bonus shares so that the number of IMCC outstanding shares will increase from 4.93 billion shares to 54.26 billion shares.
"The adjustment of share prices will be carried out according to the calculation mechanism by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This corporate action is expected to strengthen the company's capital structure and increase the number of outstanding shares, so that the Company's stock trading on the IDX will become more liquid," explained Phillip.
At the Annual Public Exposure, the Company's Management re-emphasized the net income target and net profit in 2023, which amounted to IDR 3.3 trillion and IDR 390 billion, respectively.
To achieve this target, Management compiled several strategies, namely presenting new product innovations targeting lower-middle market segmentation to expand its reach outside Java, continuing to explore the possibility of acquiring local companies and abroad that have the same core products, as well as implementing digitization to increase efficiency.
