Adi Sarana Armada, Owned by Conglomerate TP Rachmat, Creates a New Entity Named PT Kargo Bersama Logistik

JAKARTA - A company owned by conglomerate TP Rachmat, PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) with its subsidiary, PT Kargo Bersama Teknologi, formed a new entity PT Kargo Bersama Logistik on September 22, 2022.

ASSA's Corporate Secretary, Jerry Fandy Tunjungan, explained that the paid-up capital made by ASSA to Kargo Bersama Logistik was IDR 1 million, while the paid-up capital issued by Kargo Bersama Teknologi was IDR 9.999 billion.

"PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk together with PT Kargo Bersama Teknologi, which is a direct subsidiary of the company, have established PT Kargo Bersama Logistik", said Jerry in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, quoted on Tuesday, September 27.

Kargo Bersama Logistik itself is a direct subsidiary of ASSA with share ownership of 99.99 percent.

In addition, Tjoeng Suyanto, who is the director of ASSA, is also a commissioner at Kargo Bersama Teknologi. Also, Erida who is the president commissioner of ASSA is the main commissioner at Kargo Bersama Teknologi.

Jerry stated that the company will make a capital deposit from internal funds.

"With the formation of this new business, it is expected to make a positive contribution because the development of this business is in line with the company's main business", he concluded.
