Bima Sakti Pockets 21 Names Of Players Who Will Appear In The 2023 U-17 World Cup

JAKARTA - The U-17 Indonesian national team coach, Bima Sakti has pocketed 21 names of players who will be brought to appear in the 2023 U-17 World Cup.

The name was obtained by Bima Sakti after his team completed the last training camp (TC) in Germany. During that period, the Bima Sakti U-17 national team had even carried out seven series of trials with European clubs.

Of the seven trials, Garuda Asia was only able to record 2 wins, 1 series, and 4 defeats. Even so, for the Milky Way, the results of the trial have shown good progress in his team.

During his TC in Germany, Bima Sakti's team was also strengthened by a number of descendants such as Welber Jardim, Amar Reyhan Brkic, Ji Da Bin, Maori Ananda Yves and Chow-Yun Damanik.

From these names, some even managed to show a qualified performance until the Milky Way projected them to appear in the team. But in reality, the Milky Way can only include three descendants.

Quoted from Antara, Wednesday, October 1, this decision made Bima Sakti have to decide wisely on the name that deserves to enter the squad. Especially for the match later, the coach can only bring 21 names to appear in the 2023 U-17 World Cup.

For that decision, Maori Ananda and Chow-Yun Damanik were ultimately not included in this event. Maori was dropped from the U-17 national team for no definite reason.

Meanwhile, Chow Yun is certain not to participate due to passport constraints. For now, the Batak-blooded player is joining his parents who are on a Swiss passport.

Chow's mother is actually an Indonesian, but has now changed her citizenship to Switzerland. Therefore, Chow cannot be registered on behalf of the Red and White team.

Meanwhile, Ji Da Bin, Welber Jardim, and Amar Brkic are the names of the players of their descent who are confirmed to participate in defending the U-17 national team. The 2023 U-17 World Cup itself only started on November 10 to December 2 in four cities in Indonesia.
