JAKARTA - The Minister of BUMN, Erick Thohir was officially elected as the General Chairman (Ketum) of PSSI for the 2023-2027 period. He was far ahead of his rivals in voting at the Extraordinary Congress (KLB), which took place Thursday, February 16, afternoon WIB.
Erick Thohir was elected as PSSI Chairman for 2023-2027 after winning 64 votes out of a total of 86 votes present at the Shangri-La Hotel, Central Jakarta. Meanwhile, LaNyalla Mattalitti, who is Erick Thohir's strong rival, only pocketed 22 votes.
Meanwhile, two other candidates for Chairman, namely Arif Putra Wicaksono and Doni Setiabudi, were confirmed to have failed because they did not have any votes from the voters.
