Fabio Quartararo Gives A Signal That He's Unhappy At Yamaha, Will Consider Honda's Interest

JAKARTA - Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP racer, Fabio Quartararo, made the MotoGP market heat up. He gave a signal that he was not happy with Yamaha.

This is indicated by Fabio Quartararo's comments when asked about Repsol Honda's interest in him. He admits, this is something that needs to be considered carefully.

Repsol Honda is reportedly looking for a new rider for the next MotoGP season. Honda is ready to lose Marc Marquez, who has recently been absent due to injury.

There are several names that are candidates to fill seats in the team from the Japanese manufacturer. Fabio Quartararo is one of them.

"Honda is interested in me? I have to think about it. I have to think about it carefully, my future is still not clear," said Quartararo, as reported by MotoGP.

"This decision will take time, but it is something to think about."

This further indicates Quartararo is ready to seek new challenges. Previously, he complained about the performance of the Yamaha motorcycle in MotoGP Argentina.

He said he had not been able to compete for the title after only finishing eighth at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit. It takes a bike that can compete for the podium or the top five to realize its mission of defending the world title.

Fabio Quartararo also said that his team was not ready for that.
