JAKARTA - The Indonesian people have been shocked several times by the news of a child's'sunat jinn'. This has been experienced by a four-year-old boy in Pandeglang, Banten.

A boy known as Andika Pratama suddenly became hysterical when he just woke up from his nap because his vital equipment was in a'supposed' condition without anyone's help.

This horrendous incident not only shocked Andika's whole house, but local residents were in a commotion. And, they came to their own conclusions that were far from scientific nature. Local residents and their parents concluded that the boy had been created a 'jinn'.

This phenomenon of 'jinn body' turns out to be quite common. However, the term 'jinn body' is usually used by people who are not well educated about health. Whereas the phenomenon as referred to is 'jinn body' is called Parafimosis in medical terms.

In medical science, paraphymosis is a medical disorder that occurs due to the manipulation of penis preputium (pen penis cloves) which is recreacted towards the ranial passing through the custocoronariespenis and cannot be returned to the caudal direction.

Dr. Budi said someone who has a paraphymosis must take medical action so that it does not have fatal consequences.

Meanwhile, quoted by the American Association of Family Physician, paraphymosis generally occurs due to errors in medical procedures. One example is when you want to put a catheter into the hole at the end of your penis head. This procedure can lead to a paraphymotion if the medical officer does not return the QUup to its original place properly after the action is complete.

But in children cases of paraphymotion often occurs because children like to play penis, pull their penis back and the penis skin doesn't return. This then causes an abnormality called paraphymosis, not being circumcised by the jinn,' dr. Budi explained.

Unfortunately, the term paraphymosis is less known in society with low levels of education, so severe paraphymosis cases often occur. Although there are no exact figures, dr. Budi said severe paraphymosis cases in the regions are greater than in big cities. In addition, paraphymosis also occurs more frequently in neighborhoods or areas that do not recognize circumcision or circumcision, such as in Bali, which is predominantly Hindu.

"The paraphymotion incident is directly proportional to an area or environment that is not familiar with circumcision," he said.

However, dr. Budi said that the paraphymosis that occurs in children will not cause erectile dysfunction when they grow up. However, there is a paraphymosis that is not handled properly that can affect the psychological side, namely reduced self-confidence when in contact with a partner.

Paraphymosis does not affect an erection as an adult. But if the paraphymosis case is severe enough, it might reduce confidence because it's aesthetically less good," he concluded.
