JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the Gerindra Party DPP, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, responded to the nickname 'Gemoy' to the presidential candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto. Even the nickname 'Capres Gemoy' has been attached to the level of Prabowo's electability among millennials.

Even so, Dasco denied that KIM and Prabowo only relied on the gemoy jargon to convince millennial voters in the 2024 presidential election. According to him, Prabowo-Gibran and KIM also have programs.

"We also have activities that touch millennials. If (gemoys, red) are gimmicks, yes, they are gimmicks that are currently popular," said Dasco.
