Poltracking Survey: The Electability Of The Prabowo-Gibran Pair Wins With 40.2 Percent

JAKARTA - The Poltracking Indonesia national survey institute released the latest survey results related to the electability of 3 pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election after registering with the KPU. As a result, the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming pair outperformed the other two pairs of candidates.

Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia Hanta Yuda initially presented the results of a survey of 3 names of presidential candidates. Prabowo Subianto's electability was firmly at the peak by obtaining an electability rate of 41.7 percent.

Meanwhile, Ganjar Pranowo is in second place with 31.0 percent, followed by Anies Baswedan with 25.7 percent.

"The latest trend of electability of three presidential candidates shows that Prabowo Subianto tends to increase," said Hanta Yuda in an online survey presentation, Friday, November 10.

Meanwhile, continued Hanta, Ganjar Pranowo's electability trend tends to fluctuate with an increase in July 2023, then decreased in November 2023.

Meanwhile, Anies Baswedan's electability also tends to fluctuate, decreases in July 2023, then has increased since the declaration of presidential and vice-presidential candidates in early September 2023.

For information, Poltracking Indonesia conducted a national survey on October 28 November 3, 2023 using the stratified multistage random sampling method.

Field data collection is carried out face-to-face. The sample in this survey is 1220 respondents with a margin of error +/- 2.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
