JAKARTA - The Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka National Campaign Team (TKN) asked law enforcement officials, including the National Police, to investigate allegations of leaked information during a panel of judges (RPH) meeting of the Constitutional Court (MK).

The alleged leak refers to the results of the decision of the Constitutional Court Honorary Council (MKMK).

"Regarding the findings of the MKMK, there has been a leak of information, a meeting on the deliberation of the Constitutional Court judges, because it is a criminal realm, we ask law enforcement officials to follow up," said TKN Commander Echo (Law and Advocacy) Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Hinca Panjaitan to reporters, Tuesday, November 7.

The reason law enforcement officials were asked to investigate was because the alleged leak of information was in the criminal realm.

Moreover, the Constitutional Court's decision found the allegation. Thus, there is already evidence that indicates the leak actually happened.

"Because the Constitutional Court found the incident, the leak, therefore we ask law enforcement officials to take a stand and find the culprit," said Hinca.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court stated that constitutional judge Arief Hidayat and other constitutional judges were proven to have violated the code of ethics related to the leakage of RPH information.

The violation occurred during the decision-making process in the RPH was leaked to the public and published in detail in a mass media.

"Imposing a collective verbal warning," said Chief Justice of the MKMK Jimly Asshiddiqie.
