JAKARTA - Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kakanwil) of North Sumatra (North Sumatra), Mhd Jahari Sitepu carried out the oath-taking and pledge of allegiance of two Indians to become Indonesian citizens (WNI).
