JAMBI - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin plans to invite three candidates for vice president (Cawapres) to eat together in the afternoon and discuss efforts to prevent tensions and conflicts in the 2024 election. "Indeed, I am scheduled to meet with the vice presidential candidate, but we are still managing the time because this is all around," said the Vice President on the sidelines of the activity reviewing Posyandu Dahlia quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 31. The vice president said that his party was still waiting for the time when the third candidate for vice president would be in Jakarta. "Today we are lobbying (time adjustment), when all three are in Jakarta. It turns out that it is not an easy problem (looking for time fitness). One in Central Java, one to East Java, one to Papua," he said. In the meeting later, Vice President Ma'ruf said that he would invite the candidates to discuss the conflict because the attitude of the contestant supporters will depend on the leaders.
