JAKARTA - Former investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Yudi Purnomo challenged the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan to check the report on the assets of state administrators (LHKPN) Firli Bahuri, who is now the Chairman of the KPK.

This challenge was conveyed by Yudi in response to the existence of Firli Bahuri's house on Jalan Kertanegara, Jakarta which was not included in the LHKPN. The existence of this building was only discovered after the Polda Metro Jaya conducted a search on Thursday, October 26.

"Pak Pahala is okay to check it ( Firli's house, ed). Don't just brush the civil servant, the chairman of the KPK dares not to check the LKHPN," Yudi told reporters quoted on Tuesday, October 31.

"LKHPN-yes, Mr. Firli? Dare or not," he continued.

"Even if you rent it like Firli's statement, Yudi said, there should be a report submitted. I'm sure Firli didn't include the form," he said.

In addition, ownership of the house must also be investigated further. Including how the payment process is if there is a rental.

"Firli had to be questioned because of how he knew that the house was rented, how he paid from which account," said the former anti-corruption commission employee.

As previously reported, the police searched two houses that allegedly belonged to Firli. One is in Bekasi, West Java and the other is on Jalan Kertanegara, Jakarta.

This search was carried out by the police to look for evidence related to the alleged extortion by the KPK leadership against the former Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

However, recently the house that was searched in Kertanegara was not listed in the property report that Firli submitted periodically. From the upload of the e-LHKPN website, he is only recorded as having eight house and building assets in the Bekasi, West Java and Lampung City areas.
