PSI Visits Golkar, Kaesang: Learns Strategy To Win The 2024 Election

Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep said his party wanted to learn the strategy of winning the election in order to qualify for Senayan in 2024.

This was conveyed in connection with the meeting with the Ketum Golkar Airlangga Hartarto. Kaesang revealed that the atmosphere of the meeting with the General Chairperson of Golkar, Airlangga Hartarto, was warm and happy. Moreover, many young Golkar cadres took part in the meeting.

"Earlier at the meeting, Mr. Ketum discussed it, but we played more jokes too, so the atmosphere was very fluid with him and friends from Golkar," said Kaesang at the Golkar DPP office, Wednesday, October 18.

Kaesang admitted that PSI wanted to learn from Golkar regarding the strategy to win in the 2024 General Election. Moreover, PSI targets to enter parliament in the upcoming legislative elections.

"Earlier, we also discussed regents, mayors and several legislatures from Golkar who are still young. So we from PSI want to learn from Golkar how later, what strategies should we use to win the election in 2024," said the youngest son of President Joko Widodo.

Previously, Golkar Chairman Airlangga Hartarto said the meeting with Kaesang was in the context of gathering to cooperate in the 2024 General Election.

"Earlier, we met with Kaesang, we stayed in touch, and previously PSI had come here and talked about cooperation for the legislative, presidential and regional elections," said Airlangga.
