DENPASAR - A Russian citizen with the initials GK (42) was arrested by the South Kuta Police, Badung, Bali, for molesting local residents, Putu Marione.

"The suspect admitted that it was true that he had hit the victim once by using his right hand," said Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Jansen Avitus, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 12.
