Medan District Court Sentences Seller Of 25 Ecstasy Points 9 Years In Prison

The panel of judges at the Medan District Court sentenced the defendant Rizal to nine years in prison in a case of selling 25 ecstasy pills or weighing 9.84 grams. "The defendant Rizal was sentenced to nine years in prison, a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to six months in prison," said Chief Judge Pinta Uli Tarigan when reading the verdict at the Medan District Court, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), Wednesday, October 4, which was confiscated by Antara. After reading the verdict, the panel of judges gave the Public Prosecutor of the North Sumatra Prosecutor's Office, the defendant's legal adviser and the defendant to accept or appeal the decision. The indictment revealed that North Sumatra Police Narcotics Directorate personnel received information from the public on Jalan Sei Belutu, Gang Karyawan, Medan Selayang often making transactions selling ecstasy pills.
